Therapy works towards the clarifying of situations and facilitating you towards finding your own solutions, by supporting you through and giving undivided attention to your personal situation.
Counselling is a personal journey and it sometimes can be difficult to talk about painful feelings. Usually it will take a number of sessions before therapy starts to make a difference, however it should enable you to feel better in the long term.
